Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for the sale, payment, and issuance of digital software licenses and related services provided by the Company.

2. Definitions

• "Product" — a digital software license sold by the Company (perpetual or subscription).
• "License" — the electronic key/entitlement proving the right to use a Product.
• "Merchant of Record (MoR)" — the reseller (Paddle) that acts as seller for international transactions and handles tax, payment, refunds, and disputes on the Company’s behalf.
• "Payment Gateway (PG)" — the provider (e.g., Toss Payments) that processes domestic Korean card and easy-pay transactions.

3. Effect and Amendment

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service.

The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, giving prior notice of the effective date and the changes.

4. Seller and Products

For international (non-Korea) transactions, the seller is Paddle acting as Merchant of Record; receipts and tax are issued and handled by Paddle.

For transactions within the Republic of Korea, the seller is the Company; payment is processed through a domestic payment gateway and Korean tax documents are issued.

5. Payment

Users pay via card or other supported methods. Card entry and storage are handled directly by a PCI DSS-certified processor; the Company’s servers never receive or store raw card data.

Currency and VAT/GST are determined and shown based on the user’s country at the payment step.

6. Issuance and Use of License

Upon payment confirmation, a license is issued automatically and delivered on screen and by email.

A license may be used only within the contracted seats, term, and product scope. Users must not share the license key with third parties, or circumvent, copy, or reverse-engineer it.

7. Withdrawal and Refunds

Withdrawal and refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Personal Data

The Company protects users’ personal data under applicable law; details are in the Privacy Policy.

9. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information required for payment and contact.
• Do not use another person’s payment method or information without authorization.
• Do not use the Service or license for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure or outages of payment gateways or carriers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes follow the procedures and courts prescribed by applicable law.
