Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Withdrawal Period

You may withdraw your purchase within 14 days of the later of the payment date or the date the license became available.

2. Limits for Digital Content

A license is "digital content"; once its provision has begun with your consent (license key issued / activation started), withdrawal may be restricted under applicable law.

In such cases the Company clearly discloses this limit before payment, and withdrawal remains available for any portion not yet provided (key not issued / not used).

3. Full Refund Cases

• The license key has not yet been issued or has never been used (activated)
• The product is defective or malfunctions due to the Company’s fault
• The product differs from its description/advertising or from the agreed terms

4. Refunds for International Payments (Paddle)

For transactions outside Korea, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment and refunds.

Refunds for such transactions follow Paddle’s refund procedure and policy and can be requested via the path noted on your receipt.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

Refunds are, in principle, reversed to the original payment method.

The Company initiates the refund within 3 business days of confirming the withdrawal/refund ground; the time for a card reversal to appear depends on the card issuer and payment provider.
